Is the shipping free?
Yes. If you place a pre-tax order of $100 or more, we will cover the shipping costs
When will I receive my item?
When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. We make these items for you to order due to the customization. We are happy to say that we are giving our customers a quick turn around, usually within a couple of business days at most. Large orders will get a fast shipping quote from us directly.
Can you print sports/company logos?
Unless you have the rights to the logos of an established company, we generally cannot due to copyright. I love my team but I buy merch from them.
Can I change or return my item?
If you've mis ordered, please call our number quickly so we can resolve your issue quickly. We do however try to get orders out quickly so if it's special order (not in our inventory) or its gone to print, it will not be returnable as its not resaleable.
