Return Window: Due to the nature of customized products, we do not offer returns except in the case of a defective product. Condition for Returns: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item for defect, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, contact us within 14 days for an exchange. Exchanges are only available on non-customized products such as un decorated clothing items.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or refund your order at no additional cost.
Cancellations & Order Changes:
