Shipping Policy:

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days before shipping. In most cases we will fill your order much sooner depending on sales volume that day.  

• Shipping Options: We offer standard and expedited shipping at checkout.

• Domestic & International Shipping: We ship worldwide! International shipping times may vary.

• Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Returns & Refund Policy:

• Return Window: Due to the nature of customized products, we do not offer returns  except in the case of a defective product.  Condition for Returns: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item for defect, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• Non-Refundable Items:

  • Customized or personalized items (unless defective or due to an error on our part).

  • Gift cards and final sale items.

• Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, contact us within 14 days for an exchange. Exchanges are only available on non-customized products such as un decorated clothing items.  

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or refund your order at no additional cost.

Cancellations & Order Changes:

Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of purchase. After this time, processing begins, and changes may not be possible. Contact us for change possibilities as it may be possible depending on requested change and/or processing status.

👕 Wash with Care: Machine wash in cold water with similar colors.

🚫 Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use bleach or strong detergents.

🌀 Gentle Drying: Tumble dry on low heat or air dry to prevent shrinkage.

🧼 Ironing Tips: If needed, iron inside out on low heat to protect prints and designs.

💎 Stainless Steel & Metal: Wipe with a soft cloth and store in a dry place.

🌿 Wood & Acrylic: Keep away from water and extreme heat to maintain finish.

🔗 Leather Items: Use a damp cloth for cleaning and apply leather conditioner as needed.
